Three Steps to ensure a Quality Appointment

Register with Emory Healthcare if not already an active Emory Patient. You can call 404-778-4898 to register. Please have insurance information available and request a visit with me.

Please obtain and verify that your records are received or you will be bringing them to the first appointment. PSA blood tests, radiology and pathology is essential for new prostate cancer patients. For kidney tumor patients please obtain (or ensure images have been sent through Powershare) actual radiology imaging usually on a computer disk. The hospital or previous office will not mail images.

Please arrive at the appointment 15-20 minutes early to ensure check in.
